..I have a 23" mens frame that is pretty much the equivalent of that Golden Star.

Mine has a three speed, coaster brake hub, and I used it as a college bike for a while.
Roughly the equivalent of a Raleigh Sports, but with a welded frame and better wheels,
mine has an Ashtabula crank, and IIRC, better brakes than the Raleighs of the era.

I bought it from a thrift store here in California, and have no idea who imported them.
