Both of these are quite true.
My examples of excellent customer service came from USA manufacturers of a product. They know details, and have access to, more than just part numbers in a catalog.
The current owner of the Schwinn name is nothing more than a rebrander looking to buy the least expensive item that they think they can have their name put on to resale. If you sent them pictures of your defective bag it would probably be the first time for them to see one, outside of an order form.
I don't belittle you from shopping at Wally World as some might do. Without any knowledge of you overall situation it's just another elitist, bigoted attitude coming from yet another ass.
