I do ice, I do rollers, and stick, I even do compression gear. I cut out or greatly reduced other activities. Like no climbing 3 days a week, ball room dancing, or going for a 3 hour spirited ride in the hills on my motorcycle. I took almost a week off at some point. My legs feel constantly sore, and if I race too much in short amount of time my top end plunges. I am open to suggestions.
