I ride mostly on the roads. You can see where I ride and some comments at
Texbiker.net. Kingwood has greenbelt trails, about 70 miles of them. They are paved concrete or asphalt for the older ones. In the coming years the City of Houston will be building trails under the CenterPoint transmission lines. Those may be paved but I have not seen anything specific.
