Yes, obviously the prosecutor is overly aggressive, the driver has amnesia, and his attorney must be an idiot. Maybe they should have consulted with the armchair experts here on BF before they entered that plea.
You have no idea what the prosecutor was threatening the driver with to coerce that guilty plea.
