With such a small speed difference I'll slow down, leaving a decent gap between us. If the other guy doesn't eventually blow up he's probably faster than I am anyway, if he wants to be.
I don't like to see pace lines on the MUP, and personally I prefer to not draft someone. So I try to keep a distance one way or the other.
