Looks like major damage, it might just be the camera angle but the steerer looks bent, I have a feeling the one shifter is messed up, and the down tube is just a major failure waiting to happen...

If you need the wheels and crankset it might be worth it, but with the massive damage the top half of the bike has I think things are worse than the picture would indicate.
