People go on and on about fit, but fitness is the real deal. I can ride any bike on which I can reach the pedals, with no problems, and that's not unusual at all. It should be mentioned that core strength is not about crunches, not at all. In fact, one should never do crunches. When's the last time you heard someone complain about sore abs after a bike ride? No matter how out of shape they were?
