Yep, I get that, and your livability index wouldn't consider that. I am actually a huge Civil War buff, and battlefields are fascinating to me. Fredericksburg is an amazing place, and the proximity to Chancellorsville and "the Wilderness" are plusses. But Savannah has a whole different vibe, to me. I'm just saying that that vibe resonates more in my livability index.
