Your find very few if any that mount to the stem, normally you would need to have the stem and light made by the same company for this to work, Hope have(had) this option, but it wasn't slimline/minimal, another option if you have a threadless steerer, is a steerer mounted light, like the one Paul makes Stem Cap Light Mount from Paul Component Engineering again, not particularly minimal.
