Cast Pelissier hubs?

I just picked up a set of wheels at a bike swap today, for $60. The rims are Mavic 27 inch "module E" with the old multicolor foil labels. The hubs though are oddball to me. Atom 6 speed freewheel and Pelissier brand hubs. The hubs look to be cast, and the logo is lengthwise and is set into the body. I say they look cast, as there are two "lines" opposite from each other. Just wondering what model they are, and if they are decent enough? It doesn't seem they would lace junk hubs into Mavic rims like this? The hubs and rims are in pretty good shape under the years of neglect. Rim decals are in better shape than most I have found in the wild. I am thinking these will be nice addition to one of my old 70's bikes that don't see a whole lot of miles. Unfortunately the QR's are Joytech and modernish 80's Maillard. A shame.

Are these hubs decent or no?
