Just started riding this year after about 20 years. I used to ride a MTB in college. Got my bikes in May and I've ridden a little over 600 this year. I travel 3 - 4 days a week so I only get a few days to ride a week. Some weeks only 1 day. I try to get between 30 - 50 miles/week. And when I am home, I alternate between the gym and the bike.
