Dear All,
I just made few more photos. I hope I captured everything you mentioned. If not, please let me know, and I'll make some more. Once again, I have created an imgur album for easier browsing and to preserve the size: Unknown vintage road bike (new photos) - Imgur
I have no tools at the moment to check diameters, sizes, etc. but I'll do my best to do it at friend's place tomorrow.
Still hoping to figure out what frame is this. Thanks for all the help!!!
