I have some small patches on rust on my frame, rust inside my headset, and one part that seems to have rusted quite a bit. Here are some pics:


How can I clean this up and prevent future rust? I also have chipped paint on the fork. How do I get rid of the remaining paint? I plan to plasti dip the fork afterward.
