Hello- thanks for the information- Based on the serial number and going to Bob Hoveys site I now know it is a 1974 Masi- would the componensts change between the 1973 and 1974 models. I have already purchased some of the components based on this list but would be happy to use them. I have now decided to go for tubular rims but the Martanos are a bit rare but I will keep looking. Just a couple of questions on some of the components- I am trying to keep the bike period correct or at lease period appropriate- I have already purchased the saddle (Cinelli #2 )/patent 74 front and rear derailleur/brake levers( came with the frame and original to the bike)/Everest chain and Everest freewheel (14-24)/ rear derailleur housing- so still to get- headset-crankset-bottom bracket-stem-bars-rims-pedals-pump- there is quite a bit of Campagnolo NR components on ebay but often not enough information to determine if they are from the correct/appropriate period- so any further information on the parts still required would be appreciated- thanks
