Which crank size and cassete 9 speeds size is the best for fast rides. I not do race just i try ride fast and setup my bikes for century. On my one bike i have for now wheels with freewheel 14-28 that is too wide/ And because i am missing the 12 and 13 cog my speed is go be much slower from other bike have that 12 and 13 cog?
