Just to clear things up - it's not for my bike. I have a couple sets of 700C tires (700x32 & 700x28) for sale on Craigslist and Recycler. Someone called me up and asked if they would fit on an old Japanese ten speed. I wasn't sure so I asked the question here. And thank you all for the response. I got some good answers.
