Hating Ribble Right About Now
Ordered a 11sp 5800 105 group set from Ribble. First, they forget to include the support bolt and plates for the FD so I had to get that on ebay. Then I got the group installed on my bike and me and a bike nut friend couldn't get the rear indexing dialed in. Tried another cassette, longer housing, made sure the cables weren't crossed the the DT and it still wouldn't shift right. Finally it occured to me to check the P/N on the RD and found out they sent me a 10sp 5701 RD (the cable pull changed on 11sp). Pretty annoyed with Ribble right now. They've cost me a lot of money sourcing these parts locally. I don't have high hopes for their customer service.
