To the OP.....I don't know if I should be surprised or not. Obviously Ribble sells these puppies cheaper than most. I wondered (especially when 5800 was first out) whether there's some story. I mean, if you pull the groupset as a BOX set, then how can you screw it up. BUT, if they pull 'em as OEM-type packaging......(bins of lots pulled separately, thus *making* a groupset and selling it as retail)......then I can see how this stuff could happen. Missing parts, mixed parts, etc.

IOW, I'm guessing it doesn't show up like this from Ribble.........
