Need help for choosing first road bike!

Hi, thank you for entering in the thread. Well, I actually ride a Bianch Camaleonte IV. It's a good hybrid, but i want to enter in the real road bike world. I will use the bike for long rides, my main objetive is to ride 250 km in a day. I will ride mostly in road, but a little bit on streets. Where i live, there are some point where the streets get rougher. Nothing huge, but some cracks, holes... So I'm looking for a bike that won't be danger to me or for the bike to ride in these enviroment a little bit. I am kinda concerned about the carbon frame, first because of the price, seconde because it's not so clear if there is a crack on it or not after a small accident(they will ocurr in some point). I would like carbon forks. My price range is about US$1.500,00. I was thinking about the trek bikes(domane, madona, emonde) cannondale( caad10 and 8, synapse) and maybe specialized. Yes, I'm a lost, but I'm sure that you will be able to help me!

I am 1.72 m, 68 kg and my frame size is around 51(depends of the frame).

Thank you very much for the help, and sorry again for another post of this type.
