I have a 1991 that I bought as a frame only, with the date information coming from the seller. Mine has original paint and stickers, including the shop who first sold the bike in Denmark. Here is a link to some info on my bike. I built it up with a mix of Campy 9 speed and VO parts and it is not period correct.

Yours looks newer that mine based on the name stamp on the seat stays. There are a couple of examples of mid 90's bikes here with that same feature.

I'm going to say that your bike is going to be 1995-ish. I don't think that Sancineto built bikes much after that. They appear to have died in the late 90's along with almost every other high end steel frame builders in Italy.
Dating you components may also help. Of course they may not be all original but if its all Campy they may well be. Please post any info you may find. Us Sancineto owners need to share what we know about the marque to keep it alive!
Thanks for your reply. I do agree with you that identifying these frames are difficult. I have spend numbers of hours online browsing through pictures of Sancineto frames without any luck.
However the links sites you link to are interesting. Columbus Max tubing I do not think it is. The SLX tubing it could be, however the engraved Sancineto logo on the seat lug is missing on my frame as well as the small notches on the top lug.
