i can only speak for the ones that i've seen (2011-2013, i think), but i've removed them from a few saddles for myself and a couple friends. if you look on the underside, i believe they are held on with T10 fasteners....or maybe T15.

the s-works toupe (carbon shell) has them molded in. i'm going to take a dremel to the shell later today so i have a smoother surface for flying mounts.
