Older Arkel XM panniers, there is at least 25000 km on them (5000 km minimal from previous owner, and I put another 20000 km on them. ). Might be the first version of this pannier, the newer ones looks a little different. I really like the design and layout of the panniers, zippers and buckles are still perfect, hold a LOT OF STUFF, and work fantastically in -40C weather. However I have some complaints about them; being fabric dirt tends to imbed into the material and they look suck up a lot of dirt after a few weeks of off road touring. You really need to blast the dirt out of them to get them clean and they will feel much lighter (not kidding). Also not waterproof, so if tropics riding is your thing you'll need to invest in a lot of WP bags and covers. I would buy the Arkels again.

The Arkels are getting a worn out from plenty of use the past few years so I just ordered a rear set of Ortlieb panniers and rack bag for my next stage of my tour (thinking across Africa next year). Very excited from all the positive review I've read over the years, though I don't know if they will be able to hold as much as the Arkels....

Topeak 2L Handlebar Bag. It works fine in fine weather, but really don't like it when the rain hits. Everything gets wet even with a cover on it plus it's made with thicker material that takes days to dry out. Won't buy again, but would recommend it for the price, size and durability.

Anything Relevant Designs (Sweetroll, frame bags, top tube bags). Best quality stuff I've ever used. Ultralight, simple, durable and awesome designs. I am a little obsessed with their stuff . Just wish they would make UL panniers!
