Just installed the magnetless sensors with a refurbished Edge 500 yesterday ($135 shipped for the Edge). Followed some tips I found on Amazon reviews to get the speed sensor working. So far, so good. I don't have auto pause on, so I can't comment on that possible bug. Very nice being able to set up custom screens, I set one up with cadence in large up top and speed, time and distance in the other slots.
