Quit whining - champions don't whine - they adapt, they improvise, they overcome. Why do you need a new bike to pursue your dream? The equipment doesn't make a champion, a champion makes due with what they have and gets the best out of it. Would a champion depend upon his/her parents to buy that new bike? No, a champion will find a way and does not depend upon the charity of others.
Share your dream with your parents and negotiate with them for a new bike. Make a deal to work off the expense, commit to accomplishing the things that they want in return for their help in getting the things that you want. If you want to be a champion, first you have to learn to be a man and EARN the things you seek.
Don't mean to be hard....ok, yes I do, if you need to be coddled you ain't got the stuff to be a champion. Now suck it up and get out there and find a way to get that bike!
