thank you for your answer. I have road bike. Tires is 700 23. continetall. Is was okay no have flats lately start the rear wheel do that pinch flat,I weight 170 pounds. I ride only in bike trail. Is smooth surface. the tire i install without tools i learn that from video online. what i have seen happens the innertube when i put air go inside the spoke hole and do pinch flat.
