My shot at the dart board: boost your calories to 2,000+ per day for 2 - 3 weeks. Eat a mix of protein, fat, and carbs. Don't even think about losing weight during that time. You need to reset your body to more "normal" conditions. Then set a reasonable calorie deficit at whatever mix of macronutrients you think best, and track your calories as best you can to maintain the deficit.

Having 600 calories per day is simply not very smart, and paleo really has nothing to do with it. You are going to screw up your metabolism, compromise your immune system, and end up gaining weight in the long run. If you are really serious you might post some other relevant details like your daily calorie expenditure, height and weight, what inspired you to adopt such an unhealthy diet in the first place, etc.
