I got a pair of 26" Finnish Nokian tires a long time ago . I was mounting them on weather reports of a pending freeze.
Now I just leave them on a bike I pull out for a week a year, at most, here.

Bike rolls slow, but then the traffic is slow too .. [& I moved a year ago to be near (small) town center]
