I've been in the IT business since DOS 3.0, Mac OS 6, Solaris 5, and Linux 4.5 and there's a saying "If it works, don't fix it". So in other words, it's a need to do bases. Of course when I first started riding my classic Gios, I would overhaul the bike every other month, found too much time and needless labor (I do all the work), flashback when I was a Jaguar, Ferrari mechanic before getting into the digital age. That's when I kicked tires, than kicked chips, now back to kicking tires ( more fun and healthy).
