Yup, a Road Morph. I love it and actually use it more than my floor pump. The frame attachment is your basic tie strap that supports a slide in mount with a plastic snap latch. Never knocked it off yet, though I carry it under the flap of the barley as much as I do in the mount. Gotta pull it when I put the bike on the rack, often too darned lazy to put it back. I really am a lazy cuss.
I discovered that if you pull the handle out and turn it 90 degrees (like you do when using it to pump), it makes the Road Morph *just* short enough to fit *inside* the Barley bag. That's how I carry mine now, on the inside, on the bottom, pushed as far forward as possible. It barely fits, but it does fit.
