I will not pretend to be a doctor, but how many conditions give zero indication of an issue that would preclude you from pulling over? I know people with a history of seizures, who continue to drive. If they have a seizure driving, do you consider that an accident?



I believe there are some, but they are few in number, IMO. Catastrophic tire blow out, maybe.

And I'm not saying any of this to be a weiner, only saying I would like people to accept culpability more often.
