I've used 700x25 Vittoria Rubino Pros and 700x23 Vittoria Open Corsa SL and this is what I've found. The 700x25s were more comfortable. Bear in mind I was using 110 PSI in the front and 120 PSI in the rear. The 700x23s have 120 PSI in front and 130 PSI in the rear. I believe the Rubinos are 220 TPI and the Corsas are 330 TPI. IMO the Corsas are more harsh but roll much more easily. Hope this offers something helpful to your data bank.
