Recent study (don't have link) showed increased muscle loss with fasted cardio. So if works for you the more power to you having such discipline to! Certainly more then I. Heck working out when carb depleted (not fasted) sometimes tests me...
Was ~265, now steady 253, targeting 240 by 1/1/15.
Then may go down to 220 by 4/1 if 1) not off BP meds and/or 2) training for April brevet suggests it's wise.
Do want to try and hold lifts at current levels (or better return them to pre-bicycle season) throughout this.
