I know nothing about the hiway in question, and I suspect 99.9+% of posters here also know nothing about that road, or the shoulder. There seems to be the opinion that it is "too busy" and traffic it too fast for a cyclist to bike there. May I remind them that is several western states that cyclist are allowed to ride on the Interstate hiways. And that in most of those state the speed limit is set very high!!!!!
