I noticed someone posted a 20.7 mph time on our local MUP. The speed limit there is 10 mph. I've routinely ridden it faster than that, but anything over 16 mph on that MUP is flat out dangerous. Can't imagine doing it at 20+ mph and someone not getting hurt.
