Bikes: RANS Stratus TerraTrike Tour II

You should know that I do not consider myself a me first or a me-me person. I seldom ride arterials in our city, and if I do it would be during the low volume times of the day. I am retired and have the time to select routes that have less traffic.

The point of my posts is that the rider in question HAS TO TAKE the route she does to get to work. She also has the right to ride there just as much as any driver that may also be on that road. AND she and she alone can determine if the shoulder in her opinion is safe to ride on. And again--------------get over your driver centric ----bikes need to get the hell our of our way and off our roads egotistical position. She has all the legal right to be there as any other person in the state wether on a bike or in a car.

And finally if her right is not upheld it will be another nail in the coffin of cyclist rights. Remember the town in Colo that thot cyclist should not be allowed to ride on their one and only street thru town. The town fathers got slapped down there and rightfully so.
