I don't ride to work often, but when I do I keep the bike in my office. It's not allowed, but I'm right next to an external stairwell and as long as I'm not wheeling it through the halls, I'm okay. The building manager used to work for me and if he sees the bike in my office he's okay with it. He just doesn't want to see me in the hallway.
