To bring this back to the current topic: you don't have to be a VCer to support a right to the road. Ms. Schill has stated that she rides on the shoulder when it's free of obstructions so she is not as fanatical as she is being painted by some.
If her statements are true, why was she singled out from all others who ride that road? It seems a clear case of actions speaking louder than words.
No matter how you try to spin it, it's about her actions, not cyclists rights.
