No matter how you try to spin it, it's about her actions, not cyclists rights.
Because she can't afford a new car. People in KY think you're a lower life form if you can't drive everywhere. I know a suburb type who actually drives to her mailbox 20 feet away from her door. Most cyclists here bike for sport, commuting is fairly new in the driver's minds. They treat pedestrians the same way. People are killed in the crosswalks way too often for the population here.
