I've been known to ride in shorts down to 30 degrees, anywhere below that I just wear jeans (with shorts and sometimes sweats underneath with a elastic band wrapped around the ankles so that they don't get caught in the chain rings. I change from shorts to jeans (or khaki pants) and polo shirt when I get to work. Same went for my former job, I never had a strict dress code where I've worked.
