I ridden it all the time when i stay in japan almost whole month. It's swiftly, nimble, light but a little stiff.

Yes, I also had the same thought with you, I had tried google on "Look" and saw many model had head lug like this bike but i still can't find any from "Look" that had the same seat stay as mine.
anyway i'm still finding what exactly this mysterious bike is, thanks to everyone who gave attention to this bike.
