Upgrades can work against you sometimes because people like the upgrades but don't want to pay the extra cash above the standard components. So instead of luring them, it scares them away.

If it were me and I was trying to maximize profit, I'd remove the Campy ti post and ATAC pedals and sell them separately, then replace those with more modest components and sell the complete bike that way. I love steel but don't think much above $600, upgrades or no.
