31 - 5'9 225 here. Definitely need to lose some weight. I lift weights a couple times a week. Was running 2-3 times a week. Now that I have a good road bike I plan to integrate that into my training more. Joined a bike club here in Carrollton, TX that I look forward to participating in on the weekend. Kinda scared that I won't be able to keep up though. Biking is great for my core. I lift weights to maintain / build muscle mass. Hope to have visible ab muscles by Spring 2015. In my teens I would bike all the time and also was about 35 pounds lighter. That isn't a realistic weight considering my muscle mass but 210 and under would be awesome.
