Veloce offers triple shifters and crankset. Go on Ribble, and they have both in silver and black. Centaur may even have triple as well.

EDIT: I just hopped onto Ribble, and silver triple does not appear available. I was certain I had seen it, but don't know. Also there appears to be a separate triple RD, so that rules out what the mid-cage is for. I would think looking at the chain wrap specs would show what it covers.
