Yesterday morning non-stop solo ride of 64.5 miles rolling hills avg. 18.1mph. Which was a little faster than some of my other rides due to the cooler temp. This was without pushing myself too much. I am a big fat out of shape guy. I suspect if I would lose 40-50 lbs I could probably up it 1-2 mph. I also will avg. a little faster if it is completely flat. A hour ride where I push it I will avg. 20-21 mph.
