If it says "vehicles" and not "motor vehicles" then write back with a copy of the law that says bicycles are vehicles, and saying that since the policy does not exclude bicycles, you intend to use the drive through.
Yes... I perhaps should try to find out if they will let motor cyclists or even scooters thru... and have them explain how they might be any less of a safety issue.
