+1 Forget including shoes, those are worthless to 95% of the buyers out there.
+1 In general, upgrades are free gifts to buyers. Ti rail saddle brings zero more when it is on a bike, etc.

Thanks so much for your replies. I've never been an avid rider - I bought the bike a few years back with full intention to ride more often. Truth is, I've moved so much in the last few years it's just been sitting in storage. I have another townie that I'm more inclined to ride and I'm very limited in storage space. You guys are awesome- thanks!!
