The car drivers behave better and more rationally and thus are far more predictable in their behavior whereas the jackwagons on the MUP can drive one crazy.
I totally see the point there. But it differs greatly from mup to mup, and from road to road how well drivers drive as well.
I feel like this year, people on the mup were riding and walking far, far more reasonably than they used to 3-4 years ago. They seem far more organized and predictable than they used to.
