I bought this Fuji Saratoga from the original owner and swapped over both bags, pedals, pump kit and lights from my previous bikes. I rewrapped the bars, gave the bar end shifters a good cleaning and reattached the original hoods it came with and used some liquid electrical tape and vinyl electrical tape to fill in the gaps (I originally cut them off to put new hoods on but found out it wouldn't be as easy). As seen in other threads, the mirrors the bike originally came with were sawed off.
