My office is casual so I can wear MTB shorts in warm weather and MTB or hiking pants when it's cooler. I tried the Zoic zip-off pants which are based on their Black Market shorts, but my knees are too bulky. I'm currently looking at a pair of Endura Humvee pants since I use the 3/4 version for mid weather commuting.
